Born in 1966 in Germany, I work as an author and painter. My personal experience and my contact with my clients as a life and health coach and a healer led me to an intensive quest for the real sense of life in my lifelong occupation with extensive religious and spiritual as well as philosophical concepts. As a result my own convictions were shaped which determine my insights. My focus nowadays exclusively lies on the teaching of self-help which motivated me to lay down my experience in writing to offer to everybody the option to benefit from my texts.
