An excellent site. Includes a wide range of useful information about self-injury. Interactive areas include bodies-under-siege (bus) email support list and #bus – a private, password-protected bodies-under-siege Internet Relay Chat (IRC) channel.

Alcohol awareness and groups

Al-Anon Family Groups UK & Eire

Offers understanding and support for families and friends of problem drinkers, whether the alcoholic is still drinking or not. Alateen, a part of Al-Anon, is for young people aged 12-20 who have been affected by someone else’s drinking, usually that of a parent.
